To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required.
The deposit will be taken by us to guarantee the reservation. We will contact you if there is a problem
during the collection.
By providing your credit card information, paying a deposit and/or confirming your reservation, you
signify your agreement to all these conditions.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE CONDITIONS
Our rooms are available from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. on the day
of departure.
For organizational reasons, arrivals outside this time slot are not possible unless requested and
accepted sufficiently in advance
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing (email). Make sure we have received it.
In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the date of arrival the deposit is refunded.
Cancellation from 7 days or less before the date of the stay the deposit is retained.
Stay from 5 nights or less but on several rooms in high / very high season:
the 30% deposit is retained in the event of cancellation 30 days before the date of the stay.
In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be totally due.
Shortened stay, the total amount of the reservation will be totally due.
It is the customer’s responsibility to take out insurance to be compensated for the costs of deposits
retained for any cancellation relating to illness or other reason.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax: 0.85 € / day / person is never included in the price
CHILDREN
FREE baby cot on request up to 3 years old.
An extra bed is available at an additional cost (+40€) in certain rooms only, please request it in the
comments section when making your reservation.
PAYMENT METHOD
Cash, CB (Visa and Mastercard).
SMOKERS
The rooms and common areas are non-smoking.
ANIMALS
Animals are not accepted.
CAR PARK
Free public parking is adjacent to the Maison. Residential and very quiet area.
